HPC RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you must bring in your receipt.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where a return will NOT be granted: 
* You just did not like the taste of the product. This is unfortunate but we cannot return an item just because you do not like it. In this case we may offer a discount towards another purchase instead. 
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after your purchase.

Refunds:
We are sorry but we do not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please bring it back with the original packaging and receipt to HPC  501 W.
