Day to Day Contact
When customers contact us over the telephone, in person, in writing, by email, or via social media we ask that you please:
- Show respect and courtesy to employees at all times
- Treat employees as you would like to be treated yourself
- Assist HPC by providing as much information as possible so that we can make a prompt response or decision
- Allow employees reasonable time to respond to your request
General Conduct
(applicable at all times)
HPC will not tolerate customers or employees:
- Making threats or unreasonable demands towards other customers or employees
- Personally, criticizing any individual, whether they are a customer or an employee
- Discriminating against an employee or customer based on race, color, age, religion, sexual orientation or political beliefs
- Engaging in any form of harassment
- Causing a disturbance in the shop or lobby creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers or employees
- Refusing to abide by posted rules or signage concerning city and state regulations
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS EMPLOYEES OR OTHER CUSTOMERS:
- Using foul, abusive or offensive language (ie: Swearing or remarks that are discriminatory)
- Littering, Smoking, Graffiti or Illegal activity on the Premises
